Student Information Non-Discrimination Policy Grade Point Table Admissions Transcripts Course Papers Course Repeating Graduation Withdrawal Policy Transfer Credits Transferability Life Experience Credits Audit Students Conduct Thesis Preparations Syllabus Preparation STUDENT INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY OF STUDENT RECORDS MBTC and Kingsway will keep confidential the scholastic records of current and former students. At their discretion, MBTC or Kingsway may provide information such as: student name, address, phone number, date and place of birth, major field of study, dates of attendance, degrees and awards received, and participation in official college activities. Students may withhold this general information by notifying the Administrative offices in writing. Students have the right to review the information contained in their records when they visit the MBTC Administrative office or the Kingsway Administrative office with the exception of the following: financial information submitted by their parents, confidential letters and recommendations associated with admissions, employment, job placements, or honors to which they have waived their rights of review, or records containing information about more than one student.
